We are ZNEXT and we're looking for aspiring founders, builders and operators for the second batch of our Venture Building program in EdTech, Future of Work and Wellbeing.

What we're looking for: people with agency, founder intent, a data-driven approach and intellectual honesty.

How it works: a 3-month program, starting September 14, 2026. You can bring your own idea or choose one from our list. The path we build together is:

* Customer discovery and ICP definition
* Market validation and MVP
* Go-to-market and business plan

What we offer: €10,000 validation budget, an AI-first software stack, a dedicated team (legal, product, growth, finance), weekly check-ins, workshops with experienced founders and networking opportunities.

If validation holds up: we invest €150,000 for 15% of the new company.
