Show HN: WeekInPapers – A Modern ArXiv Reader

WeekInPapers – A Modern ArXiv Reader operates in show hn launch.

Profile

Hello,I built weekinpapers.com to address what I saw as a "discoverability" problem for arXiv papers in Computer Science. As the course of the calendar week progresses, the homepage will update to show newly-published papers as they come in. The process will start again the following week. Each entry features a AI-generated "ELI5" summary, in an attempt to demystify, and make explicit, any keywords or assumed knowledge. I see this as a valid use-case for LLMs. The hope is, that cutting edge research becomes accessible to a broader audience.Matt

Within the show hn launch space, the company focuses on its core offering rather than a broad product line.

Its current recorded stage is Show HN launch.
