What I actually wanted wasn’t "self-improvement" or structure. I just wanted a place to put thoughts down without feeling like I was doing it wrong.The idea comes from a simple memory, coming home, dropping my bag, and talking at the kitchen table. No fixing, no goals, just being able to say things out loud and feel listened to. I tried to recreate that feeling digitally.The app lets you sit down, pick how you’re feeling, and respond to gentle prompts. You can save moments you want to keep and look back on them
