The Iterative Collective is a game incubator, publisher and co-developer. It was founded by a group of DigiPen graduates with a passion for game development who saw a lack of support for video games in the region.

We provide a full suite of game development services, supporting game development studios all the way from pre-production to post-launch. All of which is in exchange for a profit share at the end when the game is launched.

We breakdown our support into 4 segments, ideation, development and launch and post launch. On top of this, we provide funding for the team. Services we provide for ideation include but are not limited to:

Ideation Phase:
Brainstorming, idea-validation, rapid prototyping, proof of concept development, market opportunity research, target audience definition.

Development Phase:
Programming, art asset generation, audio creation for sound effects and background music, project management, marketing strategy development, crowdfunding campaign management, quality assurance, organic marketing.

Launch Phase:
Paid marketing, PR, social media advertising campaigns, trade show sponsorship, press release, launch support.

Post Launch Phase:
Customer support, media reviews, crisis management, bug hunting, bug fixing, server maintenance, game maintenance, DLC development, sequel planning, Post Launch review.
