Profile

I was a Drift user for years, and didn't even have AI chat on my site. When Drift broke a few months ago, I built a replacement for myself - calling it tahc (chat backwards)When you’re launching, having an open dialogue with users helps you get to product market fit faster. I believe in the ‘human in the loop’ approach and that’s why I built tahc with that emphasis - not just another AI chatbot. When a chat comes in, you get push notifications on your iPhone or Android instantly. You can monitor the AI conversation and jump in to take over anytime. AI handles the easy stuff, humans handle the nuance and empathy.Have a look at tahc.ai - hit the chat widget and I’ll respond as fast as I can.
