Profile
Hello, I know its not EU but I've recently read rhat Infomaniak, a swiss company recently became a foundation. A big factor for it seems to be to protect it from foreign buyouts. https://www.startupticker.ch/en/news/infomaniak-s-founder-transfers-control-of-his-company-to-a-foundation .
Are there other companies across europe who have made such a move? And wy is this not more common?
