There’s a ton of phenomenal efforts to record and post COVID-19 data publicly. The next step is querying and joining across it. In that spirit, my co-founder, Jonathan Mortensen, and I spent the weekend building a way to quickly query and join the COVID-19 data sets with SQL.Using our tool you can, for example, join the John Hopkin's data set (tracking infections and fatalities) with CovidTracking (testing data). We’re adding in census data and other useful epidemiology reference data, too. That's not been available before!
