Profile

I tap into Twitter quite a bit for podcast recommendations. But the folks who talk about podcasts generally post the podcast artwork, which comes out on Twitter as this huge, in-your-face, 1x1 image.Because I find those huge image a tad annoying, I built Pod Cards, inspired a bit by Spotify's Promo Cards. You can get pod cards for a podcast or any of the episodes in its feed. The colour options are derived from the podcast cover art.You can also apply a few effects - blurred glass etc.

Pod Cards – Make podcast cards to share on social, blogs, newsletters is positioned in show hn launch, a segment that rewards a clear, focused offering.

It is recorded at the Show HN launch stage.
