Job boards have no incentive to remove ghost jobs because they pay as much as real ones or there are just too many of them.So I built Pitchly Hire where every listing expires after 30 days, no exceptions. Employers can request 1 extension of 15 days (only once), before expiry. After that, the listing is archived permanently. I review each one before it goes live.
