I've been building a few small apps in the mental health space together with a therapist. Our latest app uses exposure therapy, and since this type of therapy is also used to treat performance anxiety, I figured I could use it to help with my fear of public speaking.Anyway, I had a bit of fun over the weekend and built a small 1-minute simulation where you can practice your pitch in front of an AI audience.
