Why I Built My Own AI Workspace

Profile

Hey folks,

I'm a technical founder based in Barcelona with over 10 years of experience building software.

Over the last few months I've been building [Oido Studio](https://oidostudio.com/), but it actually started with a frustration.

Like many founders, I was juggling Gmail, CRM, Calendar, Zoom, and a growing list of other tools. Even something as simple as updating a deal after a meeting meant jumping between multiple apps. I spent more time switching tabs than getting real work done.

Before deciding to build my own solution, I tried several AI platforms. They were impressive, but I kept running into the same limitations: I couldn't freely choose different models, combine providers the way I wanted, or build AI agents that matched my own workflows.

So I built an AI workspace where you simply describe what you want to accomplish. It connects to your tools, lets you choose the right

Within the community / reddit / startups_eu space, the company focuses on its core offering rather than a broad product line.

The business is associated with Europe.
