NuKoKo is the new wave of bean-to-bar manufacturing. We have invented a proprietary technology to naturally create a new type of chocolate from ingredients in the UK. It is 100% cocoa-free. Our alt-chocolate is not only delicious but more sustainable and healthier than existing chocolate. We are chocolate obsessives and having worked in the industry for the last 15 years have recognised the negative impact the cocoa industry has had on the world and things are just getting worse. This means there has to be a solution to ensure the future supply of chocolate in a sustainable, affordable and environmentally positive way. Our NuKoKo alt-chocolate harnesses the power of the local beans to recreate our beloved chocolate for the future. Hence why we call ourselves bean-to-bar makers, different beans, same outcome.
