Profile

I have a rescue dog - a 6 year old German Shepherd mix. When we rescued him I couldn't believe how many animals there were at all the shelters and animal control centers, and how hard it was to find out about them.I built a simple site (https://rescueapet.benswork.space) which connects you with available dogs and cats in your area :-) It uses data from local shelters and pulls it all into one place, so you can make a shortlist of animals, then reach out to the shelter to adopt.I was honestly surprised that something like this didn't already exist. Let me know what you think!

Its activity falls under show hn launch; the profile below is assembled from public directory data.

The company is listed at the Show HN launch stage of development.
