Melio delivers diagnostic capabilities that is scalable “over the air” with a few universal probes, without making any changes to hardware. We read each pathogen cell in the blood by how its DNA unwinds, melts or denatures. Melio is disrupting the century-old paradigm of slow and inefficient pathogen testing. First, we are bring our product to vulnerable newborn population, where, for the lack of better diagnostics, 150 babies are given antibiotics for every 1 that truly needs it.
