I like having human context around song playlists, but I couldn't find a seamless way to maintain that alongside playlists on major listening platforms. So I made mbzlists where you can create playlist blogs with songs, rich text, and images all together.The system is built around an extension to the XSPF format (https://xspf.org/) and uses MusicBrainz for universal track identification. These lists (and individual songs) can be shared and played on any platform (currently supports Spotify, YouTube, and Subsonic-compatible players).
