Hi HN, I’m Mike (MikeWhob).I built Mach Triage because I am honestly sick of the overhead of Jira and wanted a faster and more logical (to me) way to interact with tickets. Also I got tired of my boss being on my ass for not posting my slack standup notes every day.For our company, updating a Jira ticket became more complicated than writing the actual code. Between mandatory dropdowns and input fields, context-switching, and browser tab chaos to keep up with which of the 500+ backlog im actually working and switching between.
