Profile

Hi HN,I built Ladderr, a voice agent for workplace soft skills. It runs coach-style 1:1 voice check-ins (at a cadence you choose) to keep you accountable and reflect on next steps, and it supports practice, feedback and role-play for common workplace scenarios (business English, giving/receiving feedback, stakeholder pushback, conflict resolution, self-advocacy).Early MVP - free while I iterate; login required (no credit card). For now I’m limiting testing to ~25 users so I can respond quickly and incorporate feedback. If you try it, I’d appreciate product feedback to help steer the direction.Try it: https://ladderr.ai/Thanks for reading.
