Profile

Hello,I've just recently changed jobs and noticed I was having the same backline conversation with different peers about how the process went and how well or poorly structured it was. Or how much time it took. Or if they discussed salary upfront. After some weeks I decided to ping a designer friend who was going through the same process and we ended up creating InterviewedWith (just launched). There, anyone can submit an anonymous review of the interview process and rate it, talk a bit about how it was, set some timing and so on.From a reader perspective the users have the chance to discover what they'll face so they can have beforehand the information I hoped I had before joining some process

Within the show hn launch space, the company focuses on its core offering rather than a broad product line.

It is recorded at the Show HN launch stage.
