Inclusively Pte. Ltd. operates the Inclusive Business Pledge programme. Our vision is to build a resilient network of employers across the Asia-Pacific region who consistently nurture inclusive, equitable and diverse workplaces. Our mission is to promote more inclusive practices among local employers to help to drive greater hiring and retention of underrepresented Singaporean talent. At our core, we are a startup using data analytics to establish industry benchmarks on workplace inclusion that are culturally relevant for the Asia-Pacific region.

In the long-term, we are building a suite of dashboards and AI-driven tools to help guide decisions of people leaders and hiring managers. We see potential in our platform in future Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting. Our short-term goal is for 200 companies in Singapore to sign the pledge by the end of 2023 to establish our brand, gather data and gain business insight.

Companies who sign our pledge share data about their organisational health related to workplace inclusivity; in return they receive diagnostics and training through our platform. Companies can opt to receive bespoke solutions. All data is held confidentially.
