Hi everyone!I've been buying and selling websites for almost 10 years. During this time, a portion of the sites I bought were a result of direct outreach. I'd mostly use a script that helped me scrape google results, extract lastmod date from the sitemap or footer, and filter for sites that hadn't been updated in 1+ years. Then I'd find the contact details of the owner and attempt to close a deal to revive the site.About a year ago, I decided to turn this into a SaaS, for my own personal use and to help other website flippers find dealflow.
