Profile

I kept having "I wish there was..." moments --ideas for tools or apps I wanted but couldn't find. I figured other people probably did too, and somewhere out there a developer was looking for exactly that kind of signal. So I built a site to connect the two.iwishtherewas.xyz is a community board where you post wishes for products or apps you want to exist. Each wish includes what you'd be willing to pay (or if you want it free). Other people upvote, leave comments, and can flag existing solutions that already solve the problem. Builders can browse wishes sorted by votes or discussion to find real demand. You can post anonymously or sign in for a profile with an avatar. There's full-text search

Its activity falls under show hn launch; the profile below is assembled from public directory data.

The company is listed at the Show HN launch stage of development.
