I made a Pingdom clone while learning Go is active in the show hn launch space.

Profile

I decided to learn Go[lang] and made a little Pingdom-like clone as a practise ground.Use it if you like, it's working and I'll be using it to monitor our own servers so it will stay alive for the foreseeable future, and will be adding the ability to collect arbitrary JSON data rather than just response-times soon.Really impressed with go so far, looking forward to trying it out on a "real" project.

The company sits in the show hn launch segment, where it competes on its core product or service.

Its current recorded stage is Show HN launch.
