Show HN: I built a site that maps official French real-estate sales

Operating in show hn launch, I built a site that maps official French real-estate sales operates.

Profile

After months wrangling the French Demande de Valeurs Foncières files, I turned them into a site where anyone can search a commune, inspect official sale prices, and see five years of trends. You can drill into recent transactions, compare property types, and try mortgage or rentability simulators I added to make the data actionable. I’d love feedback on what views help you decide if a neighborhood is changing, what export formats you’d need, and how the interface feels: https://immobilierville.fr/

The company sits in the show hn launch segment, where it competes on its core product or service.

It is recorded at the Show HN launch stage.
