Hi I’m David, the creator of this app. I built this app because I was looking for a place to relocate to and buy a house. I ended up researching a bunch of weird things like mosquito density, freshwater proximity, radon levels, crypto friendliness, etc… I was not able to find a place that had all these in one place so I built it. Location Risks lets you choose the risks you care about and visualize them on an interactive map. You can toggle the “policy risk preference” globally or on individual risks to match your worldview. For example if you want more gun regulation, less regulated areas will show as red/purple. If you want less gun regulation, more regulated areas will show as red/purple.
