For a world where AI is becoming part of everyday business operations, we believe payroll and HR must be redefined. Traditional SaaS systems helped digitize parts of the process, particularly calculation and workflow automation, but they did not fully solve the deeper operational challenge. In HR and payroll, critical knowledge still sits outside the software, fragmented across regulations, company policies, manual interpretation, and human coordination.

HeyHR is built on a different premise: payroll should not be seen as calculation alone, but as a knowledge-driven operational system. We are rethinking HR and payroll from the ground up as AI-native infrastructure, designed around a clear boundary between where probabilistic AI creates value and where deterministic execution is essential. We believe AI should enhance interpretation and adaptability, while accuracy, compliance, and accountability must remain governed, explainable, and dependable.
