AI clarity for family caregiving

HELLO ELLO PTE. LTD. is a company in consumer electronics, ai, healthcare based in Singapore, founded in 2025.

Profile

Hello Ello Pte Ltd (ELLO) is a Singapore-based AI startup founded in 2025 to support families caring for ageing loved ones.

ELLO was built from lived experience. After years in corporate leadership within the electronics industry, our founder stepped away to solve a deeply personal problem: caregivers are overwhelmed, and existing solutions create more noise than clarity.

Ageing populations are rising globally, and many families are part of the “sandwiched generation,” balancing careers, children, and ageing parents. Traditional home cameras send constant motion alerts without context, increasing anxiety rather than reassurance. At the same time, seniors value dignity and independence, not intrusive surveillance.

ELLO Care is an AI-powered platform that works with consumer-grade cameras to transform raw video into meaningful, human-readable insights. Instead of “motion detected,” caregivers receive clear, contextual updates.

The platform:
- Detects safety events such as falls, fire/smoke, wandering, and prolonged inactivity
- Learns household behavioral patterns over time
- Flags deviations from routine
- Filters unnecessary alerts to reduce noise
- Enables message-based interaction powered by generative AI

ELLO’s AI pipeline combines computer vision and vision-language models to interpret scenes and deliver concise summaries caregivers can understand instantly.
