Hey guys,

We are running [Hackership](http://www.Hackership.org/) again this summer in Berlin. Hackership is a 9-week long self-directed code learning retreat for developers (intermediate and experienced), we run in our home town Berlin and all over the world. Self-directed means the learners come with the technologies they want to learn and projects they want to learn it through and Hackership provides structure, a space to learn together, coaches and workshops as needed.

We have been doing this for two years now and are very confident in what we are doing works. We are looking for ideas and feedback on how to grow the marketing around it. The concept, although highly interesting once devs learn about, is rather foreign to most and spreading the word around it requires a lot of explaining. Any good ideas how to reach more people, and devs especially?

Thanks for any feedback!
