Profile
Most communication and mentorship between developers happens in text. Think: code review, Slack messages, etc.But most technical assessments look at code in isolation, and leave all soft skills and culture-fit signals to one video call.We help hiring managers and founders test technical skills in a realistic, conversational way, and in doing so, allow candidates to let their soft skills shine through. Our product gives you a few more data points so that you can make an offer with confidence. Soon it will give you many, many more data points. Now in private beta (and devs love our approach so far).
Within the show hn launch space, the company focuses on its core offering rather than a broad product line.
It is recorded at the Show HN launch stage.
