I'm working on a form builder web app based on the fantastic JSONForms project.I created it because I'm tired of manually creating forms for each project.The app stores form schemas and allows them to be embedded via a web component or shared via a link.It doesn't store submission data but can handle submissions via email or a server POST request to a custom endpoint (the data will be validated against the form json schema before being sent).Feel free to try it. It doesn't require an account.
