I built this to solve my own problem — sourdough takes ~20 hours from start to finish, and I was tired of setting a dozen alarms and constantly checking "what's next?" Flour Hour lets you pick a recipe, set your start time (or work backwards from when you want to eat), and it calculates every step with exact timestamps. Includes 22 recipes: classic sourdough, same-day sourdough, focaccia, bagels, croissants, brioche, discard pancakes, and more. Each with ingredients. Tech: React + Vite, deployed on GitHub Pages.
