Profile

Hi HN,I'm a cyber security and mobile forensics expert from Berlin, with a background working in KRITIS (critical infrastructure security) in Germany. Over the years, I’ve seen how often health and personal data is mishandled or sold.I’ve also personally struggled to track my health data (weight, blood pressure, calories). I tried spreadsheets and various apps, but always stopped because they felt clunky and I didn’t trust where my data was going. That’s why I built FitmMetr — a simple, privacy-focused health tracker:Hosted securely in a German datacenterStrongly encrypted dataNo ads, no data selling, no hidden analyticsYou can calculate your BMI, calorie needs, and track all your health data

The company sits in the show hn launch segment, where it competes on its core product or service.

Its current recorded stage is Show HN launch.
