Profile

My friend and I built a small web app where you can click somewhere on a globe and listen to a Spotify playlist from that location. (based on data from everynoise.com)It’s like a frontend for everynoise.com/everyplace.cgi, a project by @glenn_mcdonald that organises music geographically. We wanted a way to explore those playlists in a more visual way, and tried out a globe interface. We're not affiliated with Spotify or EveryNoise - just fans of the dataset and wanted to build something fun on top of it.Would appreciate feedback on the UI, performance, or any other ideas.

Within the show hn launch space, the company focuses on its core offering rather than a broad product line.

Directory data places it at the Show HN launch stage.
