Profile

Hi HN,We built MetaCloned — an AI that can recreate a person’s conversational style from their Instagram or WhatsApp chat history.Upload your DMs, and you can talk to a version of that person — reconstructed from how they actually texted. Same tone. Same humor. Same patterns. With enough data, it gets uncomfortably convincing. It raises weird questions: If most of who we are now lives in chat logs, is that enough to persist us? Is this identity or just mimicry? And who controls it after we’re gone?Would love feedback — technical and philosophical.
