Profile

Hi I'm Per, the author of Clippety!I wanted a way to turn videos into clips formatted for social media. But the solutions I found forced me to upload the source video which I did not want to do for privacy reasons. So I made Clippety, which reframes, creates captions and adds a search against the transcript so you can easily find and create clips 100% private in your browser.Works best in Chrome on desktop right now, but it's still a work in progress.Unlimited usage/exports with a watermark. No account needed to try it out.Feedback much appreciated!

The company sits in the show hn launch segment, where it competes on its core product or service.

It is recorded at the Show HN launch stage.
