**TL;DR:** I'm building Benchside, an AI platform that levels the playing field for companies buying enterprise software (ERP, CRM, cloud, AI/LLM vendors, system integrators). I need a co-founder who has *lived* the pain of enterprise procurement, someone who's run RFPs, negotiated against vendor playbooks, and watched a deal blow past scope and budget and who's obsessed enough with fixing it to build and scale this with me.

# The problem

Enterprise software vendors run the same playbook hundreds of times a year. The buyer runs it maybe once. That asymmetry is brutal: by some estimates, 55 - 75% of ERP projects fail to meet their objectives, and scope expansion alone can blow budgets out by 300 - 400% in the worst cases. Procurement teams, CIOs, CFOs, legal, and security all end up negotiating blind against a vendor who's negotiated this exact deal a hundred times before.
