Bay Area Fog Tracker

Show HN: Bay Area Fog Tracker

Operating in show hn launch, Bay Area Fog Tracker operates.

Profile

I recently moved to San Francisco & am fascinated by the microclimates. This tool takes raw data from the GOES satellite, detects areas matching fog, then intersects this with different Bay Area neighborhoods & cities. Delivered via a basic web app, optimized for mobile. Data updates every 5m.

Bay Area Fog Tracker is positioned in show hn launch, a segment that rewards a clear, focused offering.

The company is listed at the Show HN launch stage of development.
