Show HN: An app to dump notes during the day and plan todos without distraction

An app to dump notes during the day and plan todos without distraction operates in show hn launch.

Profile

I have built this to-do app because none of the app give me a place where I can dump notes and tasks at the same time. Some things are only ideas, and some things I'll have to plan immediately.

Its activity falls under show hn launch; the profile below is assembled from public directory data.

Directory data places it at the Show HN launch stage.
